1. Maximum clarity and transparency:
The costs of products you will find listed on this site are listed clearly: prices are inclusive of VAT, shipping charges are specified depending on shipping country. There are no costs extra.
Prices are valid until that are listed on the site. If you perform an order until the delivery price of the ordered product will be blocked, even if in the meantime, there have been variations.
2. Confirmation of orders:
With every order that perform on our site will followed a communication via email that will confirm you receipt of your order, riepilogherà extremes of the order itself, you will receive an email confirming your order, if you do not receive these e-mails you invite you to contact us.
3. Shipping and delivery of the products:
Articles ordered are shipped as soon as possible, normally within 1-3 days in Italy, 3-10 days abroad, (saturday and holidays excluded); If this is not possible, e.g. because of products temporarily out of stock, or if your data are incomplete, you will be advised via email .
The amount due will be calculated immediately on the order form to the mode of shipping and payment, so as to allow an immediate evaluation of the total expenditure.
Delivery will usually occur in Central time of the day (10 am – 5 pm). You cannot request a specific delivery time, appointment, or to be alerted by the courier prior to delivery.
4. Shipments abroad:
We can ship goods to most countries of the world. The above conditions are valid for Italy: for shipments to other countries, it can vary from country to country, but our system will calculate shipping costs immediately based on your address.
5. Billing:
You will receive products accompanied by regular invoice ; Please fill out all neccessary details on the order form. If the details are incomlete, you will then be contacted.
6. Payment methods
Payment for the ordered products can be done by:
- Credit card: VISA, MASTERCARD, CARTASI, PostePay (or other authorized prepaid cards)
- PayPal
If you decide to cancel an order before it has been shipped , the whole amount paid will be refunded ; If however you cancel after shipping (see right of withdrawal, later) will be refunded the amount net of postage.
7. Security of payments
Credit card payments are made through sicure servers PayPal.
8. Right of withdrawal
You are entitled to withdraw from the contract without penalty and without giving any reason within 10 working days from the day that you receive the products within the meaning of the Legislative Decree 185/99. To exercise the right of withdrawal you must give us notice of your decision by e-mail, and then shipped products and in their original packaging unused . Then dispatched to the sender of the products is your under your own responsibility. Returned products by cash on delivery, will not be accepted . As soon as we receive products your will be refunded the sums paid, excluding shipping.
If the ordered products are not picked up or collected and return to the sender, you are however obliged to pay postage we incurred for shipping and the return of the parcel.
Packaged products tailor-made and personlised, will not be accepted back.
9. Guarantees
All purchased products are guaranteed against any defect which prevents the proper use, in which case we will replace them at our expense
